I went for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. Very friendly staff – EVERYONE that I saw. Loved that when you pull up to the garage door, they are watching and waiting for you, open the door for you and you just pull in, never even have to get out in the weather! They had a car waiting for me to take out and use to finish up my Christmas shopping, then I came back to a finished and clean car! Loved my experience there and will be back! My salesrep, Daniel, made my buying experience a breeze. Was able to negotiate a deal without spending the whole day as I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. When taking my vehicle back for service I was pleased with the welcoming attitude of the service department and the speed in which they completed the job. Since this dealership has additional lots in St. Louis it allows quick access to alot more automobiles than just the local inventory. Look forward to purchasing from this dealership in the future.

Spoke with Dave on the phone the night before. He was hilarious and half the time just rambled on. I am from Belleville, IL so I drove over two hours to look at a car because he was so amusing and overly nice. He also was straight forward from the get go about price for my trade in and the vehicle I wanted. My sales person was Sheldon and that big man was hilarious! He joked with me and kept me entertained. I interacted with the owner also. John was also a straight forward guy whom was incredibly nice. The finance guy was Sheldon’s cousin and made the buying and signing seem easy as pie. I honestly couldn’t have had a better time throughout the process. I am a district manager as my profession so seeing all of this and experiencing it truly made my day. I can’t wait to tell all of my staffs about it. Thanks John Sinclair Nissan, I will be back soon.
